The tattoo is a quote from Winnie the Pooh saying “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart I’ll always be with you”. It is from when Christopher Robin goes to school and leaves Pooh. No, it is not my girlfriend, it is my best friend of 7 years. We decided on the tattoo about a year ago because we realized we were both going to college and may not see each other for a while but we still wanted to remain in each others lives. I seriously doubt that I would ever not be friends with my friend, Celina. Even if we were to grow apart, I wouldn’t regret it because she is a friend that has stayed dear to me and stayed very close to me throughout many years and many hardships. Even when we don’t talk for a few months to a year, we still are close and can hang out the next day like no time has passed. She’s always been there for me when I needed anything and I feel as if I’ve been the same to her. So even if we do end up growing apart, I feel that it is still relevant and will always be relevant. Especially because the quote has to do with self esteem and self worth in which both of us have been lacking and both of us go to each other for help with.
